Installed new version of my AV product, which told me my HD was about to die….. Recommended to Ess Sec by an existing client: an excellent recommendation. Provide responsive, excellent service - disk was fine; later installed much-needed bigger disk, providied office suite tailored to my capabilities (not the best), an excellent AV product etc; answered numerous questions; and solved issues as they have arisen. Remote access so they can fix issues quickly via interactive session with me, explaining all in simple terms suited to the client. And they do all this with utter calm and unflappability, which I find very re-assuring. I am no longer in terror of a MS update upsetting something vital to me. Bravo guys – I wish UK had many more excellent companies like yours.

They have always been extremely helpful, spending as much time as it takes and have always been successful in resolving my, what are at times very difficult, problems. Essential Security is a wonderful firm that has helped me with all manner of technology problems - sourcing me phones, laptops and desktop computers, and then dealing with IT glitches. They're so helpful, and their phone support is just brilliant because I really don't understand computers, but they will very slowly talk me through whatever's going wrong, and fix it. They're always keen to mend things, and make them run smoothly and economically, rather than just trying to sell me more kit. A brilliant firm of IT experts who are always perfectly patient with people who know a lot less than them - they just take all the stress out of technology. Wonderful.
