Good training quite helpful for the lay man who is not familiar with legal processes and terminology. Good chance to act out scenarios likely to happen in court. Trainer was good in answering questions. Would attend again.

A lot of jargon for a newbie in Unit 1 crammed into a very short time period. The explanations in the manual were not very clear - Google explanations of legal terms were clearer. The course jumped all over the place and pace too fast. As a visual learner I struggled immensely with the written and verbal overload. At the end we were told our assessment has to be in UK law because that's what the assessors will mark us in which was very unhelpful not being part of the UK nor familiar with UK laws. Don't intend to do any further courses.

I attended the training about Statement and Report Writing for Health Professionals. Lucy explained it very well and it was engaging. It has a lot of group exercises that helped me to practice and to understand it further.

I attended a session on Record Keeping via my employer. The day was very useful in looking at all aspects of good or not so good record keeping and the potential impact. It was an interactive session leaving me with some clear changes I can apply to my daily practice.

I did a payment of 1200£ for a set of courses that I had to cancel because of professional reasons. I am still waiting for the refund to be paid, three months after the cancellation.They did not reply to any e-mail related to the refund until I contacted a debit collection agency that sent a demand to them. There is a lot of excuses about a new system that is delaying the payment of the refund. Once you pay be aware that if you can not attend the courses, you will not receive your refund. The terms and conditions are not followed in case of a need for a refund.

Very helpful information given by a very experienced judge. I will definitely be changing my note taking as a result of this training.
