However, my worries were alleviated somewhat by the prompt provision of information by the person in charge. Problems do happen. I think the important thing is to show the situation and the steps to be taken to solve it. In this sense, I would like to thank the person in charge for doing a good job. However, it is true that it was four days past the original schedule, which was disappointing. I hope this will not happen again in the future.

Italy | 14 February 2022Danke Stewart vom Eurospares Team für den tollen Service. Für meinen Maserati 3200 GT habe ich anfangs Dezember Teile nach den Serien Nr. von Maserati bestellt. Ich wurde bei der Bestätigung informiert das es über die Festtage länger gehen könne, ich aber die Möglichkeit hätte eine Expresslieferung zu beantragen. Der Mehrpreis war es mir aber nicht wert. Ich wurde laufend informiert über den Stand der Lieferung und auch bei Anfragen von mir bekam ich umgehend Antwort. I’ve usually managed to get 20 % disc on parts from two main dealers but Eurospares were cheaper . Thank you guys I shall be using you from now on .
