My experience was made great because Zakaria was really good at answering questions and he was to the point. He also related to the ideas and concepts to real life scenarios that I could relate to , i.e. a commander deploying a guard and this relates to Windows Deployment Kit. Points to work on: Try to make it more interactive, i.e. let students read more of the script so that they are engaged better, for example myself. Although I did understand the main idea, from my perspective, I like to be involved in the discussion and to interactively take part.

No question was dismissed as "dumb"; instead, he took the time to explain concepts thoroughly, ensuring everyone in the group understood. His approach fostered a comfortable learning environment where no one felt intimidated to ask for clarification. However, the only drawback I encountered was the sluggish response to email inquiries by the headquarters (HO). It's frustrating when you're eager to progress or clarify matters, but the delay in responses hampers the momentum. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly to streamline communication. Overall, my experience with Zakaria was very positive, and I'm optimistic that the recruitment process will mirror the same level of professionalism and dedication.

I have been enrolled for the Cyber security expert program where I have covered almost all the modules with all the mandatory certifications. The tutors are very well experienced and friendly to teach the students irrelevant to the students previous exposure to the domain. I'm a fresher and I'm happy to share that I have gained a lot of knowledge through this program and landed into a job. And the people in the organization are very helpful and understanding. The only thing I regret is why I haven't found this organization earlier.
