Incomplete order - still waiting for response !!!

I ordered incorrect size and they managed to intercept the warehouse lovely people to deal with .

Quick response to order, reasonable prices, good sizing, looks like good quality but haven't been in the pool yet so hope it lasts!

Beautiful swimsuit and dress. The material of the swimsuit is so silky. Feels great on. Just needed to return the beach cover up and order a replacement as it was too generous. Very speedily done. I will buy again.

Edit - refund now received after me contacting the group headquarters and complaining. Returned items from order. One of the swimsuits hasn’t been refunded. It was absolutely returned. Update, the company has now been ignoring my emails for a week. I’ve logged a dispute with Klarna. I just hope they can help resolve. I also have a faulty item - worn for an hour and the bone came out of the side. I’ll be returning this. Now worried I won’t get a refund

Lovely swimsuit, love the material, true to size & lovely fit. Only criticism is the lining shows just above the bust line but a stitch will sort that out. Would like them to do Tankinis as well.

Have bought from seaspray before. This swimsuit came up in the sale at just the right time and was what I was looking for. It was a great price, but not the only reason I made a purchase. Easy to use website and fast delivery. The swimsuit was perfect, can’t wait to try it out in France.

If I could give it minus stars I would, so Shocking the customer service is dreadful, I received my two swimsuits and one of them is the wrong product the other doesn't fit and looks a different colour to the back when you put it on!! There are no return instructions or even address to return to emailed customer service over a week ago and no reply!! Never again

I asked for advice on sizing. Got nothing. I ordered same swimsuit in two different sizes. Sent two costumes the same size. Did not fit. Returned immediately. Still have not received refund but advised I’m getting less than half my money back What do I do?

I am really disappointed that you have not replied to any of my messages asking how to return my order. In my delivery there is no paperwork or labels with the costume so I do not know where to return the costume to. I am would really like an immediate answer to this message so I can post the costume back and then re order a different one as you do not arrange exchanges. The order ID is 7659 dated 2024 May 10 - SKU = SY010692R1 and is a Zambia Mock Wrap Swimsuit.

It was all good but all sent back as didn’t suit me personally.

I was delighted to find this store on line as its difficult to find top quality swimsuits for the larger lady - but here it is in spades. I now have 3 x one piece suits and they are all excellent. One is for my daughter who is taking 2 well earned holidays the year and I'm fed-up with seeing her in ill-fitting costumes.

A great service. I ordered totally the wrong size but the swap was down within a week and I have 2 cozzies plus a wrap and can’t wait for my holidays. As a larger lady, I’m these styles give me so much confidence that I really can look nice!

Loved my costume, but unfortunately too long for my height so had to return. Good company to deal with.
