I have been a loyal Candleberry customer for around 18 years. I have always had a very good experience with their products, as well as their superb customer service. This most recent purchase experience was a bit different, however. For the first time, I had to contact them a few days later to even find out if they had received my order. I never received any type of confirmation, no shipping notification, not even a response to my email, nothing. I was very disappointed, because this has NEVER happened with their customer service before. EVER. So, although this experience was somewhat different, and a little disappointing, I also realize that this is the only time there seemed to be some type of miscommunication. In the end, the issue seemed to be resolved. That being said, I STILL say Candleberry is the best. Product and customer service. I just figure one “not perfect” experience over the past 18 years is probably due to an “off” day. We all have those once in a while. Candleberry will always be my favorite.

The Hot Maple Toddy car air freshener smells AMAZING! Every time I open my car door the scent hits me in the face and it smells soooooo good!

I love the smell of the candles and how you can smell them throughout. Love the room sprays also! My only issue is with returns. I ordered 2 candles and was sent the wrong ones. Now I have to pay to ship back so I can get the correct candles I ordered in the first place.

Awesome scent throw. Burns evenly. It would be nice to see more ozonic, earth scents though. Enough foodie scents, kitchen scents,.

Love these candles. Only candles I burn. There's no waste, they burn all the way down. Use the empty jars make pretty canisters. Always buy several when they offer free shipping.

My order arrived as promised and well packaged. The fragrance was wonderful when I opened the package. I put the candle in a votive holder and lit it. Oh, I just loved the fragrance even more and it lightly lingered for days!!! I will recommend Candleberry to everyone and I intend to shop there again! Thank you!!!
