Initially, I got a little worried, as the date was wrong on the confirmation email, I rang budget and spoke to Danny. He then worked tirelessly for me, for most of yesterday, putting everything right. He kept me informed every step of the way and reassured me all was ok. He has rung me this morning too, a Sunday morning, and told me my etickets are in my inbox. I couldn't have asked for a better service. I've seen one or two reviews saying people weren't informed of flights being changed or cancelled so I will keep checking myself, but my experience with budget tickets has been very positive.
