I ordered chocolates to be sent to a friend but they melted in transit. In response to my review I received a prompt and lovely email from the company offering to resend chocolates at no extra cost. This was done straightaway and the chocolates are absolutely lovely. Excellent customer service from a caring and professional company.

Unfortunately my order had melted in transit due to the heatwave. Within minutes of sending an email and photo showing what had happened I received a response offering a replacement or refund. I opted for a refund which was done immediately. This was excellent customer service and I will use this company again.
