When you try and select your birth year, you may not be able to scroll the years. Enter a wrong year and then amend.

The uploading of "passport document" process is hopeless. I tried many, many time, but continually got "unknown error" message. This is a big help NOT......especially when the company has got over 3,000AUD of my money Please fix!!
