To be honest my run has not been perfect with this company or I would have given a 5 stars. They have amazing communication, they will go above and beyond to meet my needs, and they give great pricing (I buy a lot in bulk to take advantage of their best deals). My issue has been the following: 1. My links sometimes are posted to websites that are blacklisted (they have always replaced them though free of charge). 2. I had an issue at first with AI content and other content issues but they quickly corrected these issues Over time they have gotten better and better, and my concerns are less and less a problem as they adhere to my specific needs and go above and beyond. The results are good and the links are good quality, I very rarely have content issues and they check with me for quality control each step of the way, from writing the article to which website it gets posted on.

My experience has been decent overall. We have covered a decent portion in the formula, but some of the processes were hard to follow so we would need a meeting to go over actionable items for approval. The team has been helpful in that regard and answering question, the customer service is great. It seems like we are taking several actions, but the results (even over time) hasn't been what I had hoped for in regards to outsourcing our SEO efforts. But they have helped eliminate many negatives and confusion on calls- which I appreciate. But results and improved rankings is the objective here, it's a mix of partnership and salesmanship.
