Had a good experience the first time with a good replica and gave them a 5 star rating for it, but the second was a lemon with mechanism issues and a cheap metal band. The metal rubbed off with in weeks of use. Keep in mind the company is not in the US and all shipping back and fourth for repairs take too long and are at your own cost. Was willing to pay the difference for a new one,but they did not agree, so I'm waiting for the repaired lemon to come back in the hopes of it not breaking again....and will not purchase again and afraid to recommend them to anyone.

Luminous hour Markers and Hands. > The hour markers and hands are not Luminous like described. On the Sky-Dweller model specifically there is no feature to get the 'Month' Dial to change. Went for the premium delivery of 5-10 working days and it arrived on the 5th working day. Props for the fast delivery!

I ordered a watch from these guys & unfortunately it was taking too long for delivery as it was a birthday present. I requested a refund & it was done the same day. That is very good customers service as far as I'm concerned & I will place another order in the future. Was a shame it took too long but they explained that they would have to tweak the watch as it was not 100% perfect when they received it from the factory when they received it
