United States | 13 April 2022Before I joined C&C in Nov, 2020 I was selling an online course for photographers through a Facebook group I'd slowly built. I was helping my clients get incredible results and was growing my group slowly, but was lost and unsure of how to monetize this group I was nurturing. I watched their videos for a few months before jumping on a call with Brady, one of their sales advisors. I knew I could leverage my group more, and Brady gave me so much clarity in just 30 minutes that lifted a fog I'd been in for a year on how to move forward. (Side note: I'm a skeptical, practical, picky client. My hubs describes me as difficult to convince and hard to please. I laugh because it's true.) United States | 12 April 2022Clients & Community & Making it Rain I joined the C&C family back in early 2021 to continue to grow and scale my B2B offer. I had already gone through most of the other "Facebook Group" training programs, and found them to be disappointing. With an already successful offer, I didn't have the time or interest to post vague questions online about what to watch on Netflix, and then swoop into strangers' DM's to link them to my sales page. No really, this is what other people are teaching. What I first gained from C&C was an appreciation of a scalable client acquisition model. The structure of combining an active community, frequent value shares, and paid traffic was one that immediately worked. My first "promo cycle" brought in well over $60k. YMMV, as I came into this world with a very warm traffic list. However, I soon started to acquire paid buyers from cold traffic. It was a no-brainer to elevate into their SCALE MasterMind, where I've had the continued guidance to hire on a sales team and work more interactively with a growing staff. The biggest value is watching the C&C team grow and seeing a model of a business that continues to scale in income and in impact. Landon, Chris, and Jaden get it. These guys are genuine, and together with their team their service is unmatched. In addition to the online communities, training material, and frequent online workshops, they currently host four live events a year in which we gather to learn, share, and celebrate each other's victories. It's already confirmed that in July 2022, I'll be on stage with them in Arizona collecting my "Million Dollar Group Award." An obvious disclaimer from the guy who puts the branding of "Work Smart" on all that he does: What you put into anything is what you get out of it. Just like any other consulting community, I've seen people come in and knock it out of the park. And just like any other consulting community, I've seen people come in and fall prey to external blame, excuses, and procrastination. Nothing in life happens unless you make it a priority. Put their events on your schedule, block off time to create your content, and hold yourself accountable to win.

United States | 10 April 2022Before I learned of Clients & Community (C&C) I struggled for over 3 years to learn to develop and grow my "Reboot Your Health With The Lymphatic System" online course and mentoring program. Over those years I spent tens of thousands of dollars learning from who I thought were experts in the online course development and marketing field. It seemed like things were at a bit of an impasse and that we were just recycling the same set of behaviors over and over again. United Kingdom | 12 March 2022Yes they have excellent customer service; yes they have some great trainings. But the point of investing $8K into a business programme is the outcome. I tried and tested their Facebook Group method for 3 months organically. I implemented everything asked of me. In all my coaching calls I was praised for the content and action I took in my group. But instead of suggesting that perhaps the Facebook Group wasn't the best method for my business, I was encouraged to now spend more money and use ads to grow the group! This i feel was irresponsible advice as it's a well-known marketing principle: once you've tested a funnel organically, only then do you scale with ads. My group FAILED miserably for 3 months. The fourth month I did not use the group and instead experimented with webinars and organic marketing. The result? I made over $20K in revenue in one month. So the problem with PROMINENCE is they sell you on ONE method, ONE way of building your business - which is the Facebook Group. To believe that ALL coaching or course creator businesses will benefit from this method is simply absurd. There are countless methods to build a successful coaching business, and the best mentors do not rely on just ONE means. If C&C had the humility to truly apologise for the collossal waste of time and money I underwent, they would have offered me a refund - at least a partial refund. I requested this, and they refused relying on contractual legalism saying that their employees did their jobs, blah, blah. But we all know that they get paid irrespective of my enrolment fee: this business is making multiple 7 figures and they won't refund a student where their service basically didn't work - at all? That's terrible customer service. It's dishonarable. I'm a coach - and I don't care what my contract is - but if a client follows my programme to the tee, or even 70%, and achieves nothing from their goals, then of course I'll offer her a refund. Not because I legally have to. But because my service genuinely didn't work for that person. It's not fair for me to have taken her money. It wasn't a good fit. Don't be fooled by the dozens, maybe hundreds of testimonials. What you don't hear about are the perhaps equal numbers for whom this did not work out at all. I've met quite a few alumni who had extremely average or below average experiences. I really didn't want to reveal all this. If they had the courtesy to acknowledge their mistake with me by refunding even half of my investment, I would have given them 4 stars or just avoided giving them a review. But when a company becomes as rich and successful as they are, they have a responsibility to serve those who they fail as well as those who they help succeed. Amazon are famous for their generosity with their refunds. We can respect big, profitable businesses who are generous in refunding the disappointed. But C&C were stingy with me. They encouraged me to flog a dead horse, even after 3 months of 0 revenue (I was achieving 10K months earlier in the year and so this dramatic drop hit me hard), and they greedily held onto money which they really didn't need or deserve, but which I lost, and lost much more. My 'ROI' was -$38,000. And they didn't refund me a penny. That speaks volumes. And if they continue to spurn other clients with similar covetousness, then their huge profits they boast about so much will most surely start reversing.

And this takes place rather quickly after that question was raised. In addition, there are ongoing extra classes that are live besides the regular course material. This way, participants again can get their questions answered. The course material is clear and detailed thoroughly so there's no confusions. You're taken step by step through the process.
