I needed an official 3x3 ball for our build up to AIMS games. They were very difficult to find, as not many were in stock. Supasport had some on backorder and sent them through as quickly as they could, with no hassle, giving us plenty of time to prepare.

Recieved Basketball system S27A 4th July 2024 Rust appeared overnight on welds & joins Report from Coating specialist sent to Lyn at Supasport on 29th July but no response since, The product is not fit for purpose & we request a full refund with product returned to Supasport at there cost

I've yet to receive my purchase but I've just spoken to Mainfreight who have given me the tracking number. Is this something that you could have provided once the item had left your store so that I would have at least known it was in transit? Thank you so much for calling me to explain what happened, delivery date is 30/7 and there's going to be one very excited grandson. Thanks again.

Great product and contact

I was very impressed with the prompt delivery of my pool table. 2 days from purchasing to arrival. What I can't understand is why the ball delivery and the D are both on the same end. We then have to move the balls to the other end to break from the D.

The service was fast and efficient and the product is exactly what we were hoping for. So nice to be able to buy from a local company - it gave us confidence that we would get good service and we weren't disappointed.
