The fact that you do not provide tracking for your orders is a BIG turn off. I highly suggest you look into providing tracking info for standard orders. I understand that labels are not very big and packaged small, but it’s 2021. Almost every business provides shipping details for orders. Otherwise, the product is nice.

The ordering process was easy and the labels were perfect for labeling our kids school items!

From what i was told from friends and saw their stickers, the product itself seems to be good quality. Purchasing experience: meh. 1) my entire order was in USD, but received an e-mail confirmation with all money in CAD. What? 2) i indicated that it’s a gift and put the recipient’s name and address, but in the order page, it’s correct, but I received an e-mail saying that it will be shipped to their address with My NAME on it. Hah? 3) i was told i get free express shipping with tracking. Unlike other places I purchased, It’s been +24 hours i was told it’s shipped, no tracking info yet.

These labels are great! They stick amazingly well, even through the wash and dishwasher! I have labels that have lasted over two years! Also, the designs and colors are super cute!

Love these products. Thoughtfully designed and you can personalize as much as you want. The quality is great and they last on clothes and items forever.

I am very disappointed with the clothing stamp I received. The letters are much smaller than expected. The ink barely shows up on the clothing and does not stamp evenly so I had to waste ink to stamp multiple times to get a full print of my daughter’s name (she does not have an unusually long name, first name is 6 letters, last name only 4 letters). It looks awful with partial stamps all over the inside of her clothes. Hopefully her teacher won’t think I’m an idiot who couldn’t figure out how to use a simple stamper. I haven’t tried the iron on labels I ordered, but they don’t look like what I expected. I thought they would be her name on a white background, like it appeared on the preview, but what I received is just the letters on a clear background. I ordered them to use on dark colored clothing, which I’m certain will not work because there is not a white background to contrast the black letters on navy fabric. I feel like I wasted $60.00 and on top of that, I still have to figure out a way to label her clothes before school starts in a week.

Everything in site is easy to navigate and choose. My biggest frustration though is the image of the designs was sometimes difficult to see what the actual design was because they were so tiny. Perhaps you can include pictures with the individual icon/images in each design? Thanks!

I like the labels but I taught they will be bigger size for school books the large size it looks really small and the small size are very tiny.

Easy to use ordering website! Prompt response and delivery

It shouldn't have taken so long to ship the items and you don't don't provide shipping. I am glad I only ordered for two of my kids and not all and not my kindergarten class like I was going to. The amount of money I paid should definitely get me better customer service than this.

Horrible customer service and false advertisement. “Spend a certain amount to qualify for express shipping”. I purposefully spend enough to qualify… and my order will arrive in 7-11 business days. That’s not express shipping! When I inquired, customer service rep was lacking any remorse or willingness to work with me to resolve the issue. Simply, “this is what it is”.

So far, I'm very happy with my purchase. The item shipped quickly and arrived quickly. The labels were attractive and easy to iron-on.
