My car key broke and I had NO WAY of gaining access to the inside. I searched google (as you do) Got a company out this morning who basically destroyed the lock and charged me £102 for something I could have done myself. They promised to sort me a replacement key, but after destroying the lock... Told me I would have to wait until next week, leaving my car unsecured. I then searched and found 3D AUTOKEYS who came out within the hour and the technician (Lewis Jepson) had my replacement car key fully programmed in his state of the art workshop on wheels, very promptly and with an understanding and a professional attitude throughout. Can't thank them enough!

Phoned up Thursday morning after my wife decided to wash her car keys 🤦‍♂️, lady on the phone was great and arranged Lewis Jepson to call round that afternoon , he sorted out a new key there and then . Very impressed with the service and price

Superb service from start to finish for a replacement car key and fob. Have been putting this off for nearly a year due to the hassle I thought it would cause - couldn’t been easier with 3D Autokeys. Populated the online form, was contacted by email within 24 hours with quote and availability of technicians. On the day Lewis - who was excellent - called to say he was 30 minutes away and the whole job was completed within half an hour. Key tested, all worked perfectly. Would highly recommend.

I called 3d Autokeys as the ignition barrel on my car wouldn't turn all the way in order to start the engine. Alex from the Annesley branch came out with a new barrel already built up around my current keys. Unfortunately it wasn't the barrel at fault but the switch unit behind the barrel. Alex ordered the new part and came the next day to fit it. All with no call out charge. The work was carried out quickly and professionally. The communication from the company was also excellent. Brilliant service, thank you.

Very few firms supply spare keys for Volvos - they are rated as particularly difficult to supply, also expensive, so I was grateful that 3D Autokeys could do it. The key took more than a month to arrive, but 3D were very helpful when I had to change the appointment date, twice, due to urgent medical appointments, and when technician Glen came he was friendly, efficient and informative. The key itself works fine and looks very good quality - much better than a previous aftermarket key bought for a previous car from another company.

All 100% happy . Phoned up , made appointment. They contacted me before they came. Sorted the car and new key . All now working. Jay was superb with his work and explaining what he was doing . I had took the online survey to get a quote regarding a spare key. Ellie who emailed me was very understanding with the timing i wasn’t able to do. Within a couple of days, Jay came out to sort me a spare key. He was lovely and did a perfect job. Customer service was spot on, service with a smile for definite.

Excellent service at a fair price and minimal inconvienience. Technician solved Fob issue and identified a key problem I hadn't considered. He was polite, efficient and got my sorted in no time without charging an arm and a leg. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service Friendly, professional but most importantly honest. Quoted £84 for reprogramming 2 x key fobs, once assessed realised it was just damaged pins and they only charged me the £15 assessment fee. Would have been happy to pay the quoted price. Hi just wanted to put a fantastic review on trust pilot for this great family run company, from start to finish everything went very smoothly. From my initial emails & quotes from Melissa very helpful gave me a date for them to come to mine to cut 2 keys. Got a phone call on the day 23/03/2024 nice & early to tell me they was on the way, on arrival was met by Glen who explained everything, very knowledgeable & helpful & went that extra mile. Didn't get what I was quoted for. When I phoned up for a quote (Jordan) I was told that they would be able to provide me with 2 new fold away keys for my van. However after the first visit was aborted due to "wrong components"on the Wednesday I was told they would return on Friday with the correct components to complete the job. At no time was I informed that instead of getting the job I was quoted for (fold away keys) I would be getting the opposite to what I had requested, (ridged key).When I called the office and spoke to Jordan expressing my disappointment the response I got was "I can always ask the technician to take the keys back and cancel the job). I don't feel this was very fair or professional after I had to stay at home for a second day and still didn't get what I was quoted for.

Had my spare key made by Ash today. Lovely chap! Really excellent service at my home address. Good price, much cheaper than the dealer price. Time will tell if it lasts. Got a year’s warranty with it. All round I’m impressed and please.
