Have played game for a while and yes I have purchased coins,honey pass etc… yesterday everything was gone! When I open tab it takes me back to the very first game,Zeus. I have been robbed. I have been unable to find any way to contact the company that instantly takes my money yet, provides no way to let them know of my problem. Played this app after purchasing credits that lasted roughly 45 minutes. The minimum bet is 10 million credits, which means you’re blowing through a billion credits for 100 spins. I purposely kept tabs on how often I got into a bonus round and how well that paid. I averaged a bonus round every 65.7 spins, which yielded a mini progressive jackpot a majority of the time. This converts to winning three times my bet (30 million credits), for every 650,700,000 credits spent. I would never return to a casino that paid out this poorly, so why would I return to this app?! Save your money by watching YouTube videos, or better yet, go walk your dog!

This is an on-line gaming company. They offer you coin packages for a set price. Today, I accepted an offer for 30,000,000 coins for $9.99 ($10.66 after taxes). I immediately checked my Paypal account to verify I was not double billed because I have suspicsions(sp) they did this to me in the past. Sure enough, right after I made my initial purchase today for $10.66, they turned around and billed me for $26.68! I immediately disputed on Paypal. I also contacted the gaming company to let them know I was on to them!

Excellent collection and variety of games on the site but the bonuses/wins are pretty much non existent!!! Amendment... bonuses ARE non existent!!!

Bought the Honeypass monthly bonus program for May. Every month this comes out and you can find plenty of pictures from them advertising by month. On May 28th around mid-day, they suddenly switched to June, canceling all the bonuses I had built up, but before I claimed them, so they are lost. Why would May end on May 28th and all prizes be forfeited? There are plenty of pictures from their own sites showing that it is a monthly feature. Fraud is the answer.

Jackpot Party probably has the best graphics and gameplay of all the online free medium casinos. That said, I have lost thousands over the last couple of years with stingy payouts and overly aggressive pricing. I've recently found another game called jackpot Crush that is way better. The graphics and gameplay are not quite as great as Jackpot Party however you are able to play for many days at a time without paying anything at all as the prizes are quite generous and there are a lot more side games as well, I am doing a lot better since uninstalling Jackpot Party and so is my bank account

Over 230 billion coins disappeared overnight. I didn’t touch the game since the morning. I contacted customer service, and they gave me 250 million coins. That’s what I bet every time. I told them they needed to research it and find out what happened, and they said no, sorry. Done with that game.

Like a mug I purchased extra coins. Then had “connection difficulties” Signed in again with thumbprint Took me back to level 1 all my purchased coins had disappeared. All other levels locked (and I had previously unlocked them all). What a fool I have been!

Only reason I gave one star is because there is no option for 0! I’ve spent so much money in the last few days on this casino app and no winning returns to keep playing without buying more coins. I tried so many different games on this app and all of them cold!! In 2 days I spent over $400.00 and still not enough to get wins to keep playing without buying more coins. A week before this I tried as well and spent over $450.00 and no wins to keep playing without buying more coins! JCP blocked me from all comments going forward as violating their standards! now I can’t comment or post to try for any contest on the community page. i like to play most of games but sometimes it doesnt feel good when playing with less coins and no chance qualifying for tournament. not everyone able pay 19-24 USD to buy 10 billions coins,and cheaper offer for less coins not ok,because most time need to play in higher level and 2,4 billions run away fast

I like the variety of games to choose from there's something for EVERYONE! However, it seems like when I find one that I like it'll be there for 3 days and then gone for months at a time. Also, I think you should allow us to bet HOWEVER we see fit for ALL games instead of placing minimum bets up on the tens of millions and even billions on some newer ones. We know that we will win more if we bet more but if we don't want to bet that high o think that we should still be given the opportunity to play ANY and EVERY game that there is if we choose to. It doesn't show a great concern for keeping your players happy by basically discriminating against the ones who can't purchase those higher token packages! Other than that I DO ENJOY playing this game immensely, and I have multiple times recommended it to many of my friends and family. Try it out for yourself and form your own opinion on it.
