The installation team of Micky and Jamie did a first class installation. When they arrived they just got on with the task, working tirelessly and when finished left the area completely clear and tidy. So far, after just 2 days, the pergola is operating just fine.

Micky and Jamie arrived early in the morning and had fitted our awnings within a few hours. They gave us a demonstration of how to use the controls and left the site clean and tidy.

After several weeks of research, speaking with several suppliers and receiving a variety of quotes we decided to go to Samson Outdoor Living. From speaking to the sales, surveyor and installation teams we were given the best advice, guided through the whole process and their customer care was exemplary. On the day of installation, Craig, Lee & Chris were the consummate professionals being respectful of our property, polite and most importantly knowledgeable. They made a superb job of the installation, taking the upmost care, and after giving us a full demonstration and talk through cleared up and washed down where they had been working leaving it clean and tidy. They are a credit to the business. The awning itself has surpassed our expectations and we could not be more please with our decision to use Samson. The quality is typically German and therefore we were pleasantly surprised at the very competitive pricing that Samson offered. We would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of having an awning fitted.

I found the whole purchase & build experience very professional. Due to other works the build date was delayed at my request without any hesitation. Installation engineers made it look easy (I’m sure it’s not) and were efficient and tidy. Happy to recommend them.

The showroom in Wellingborough was useful to get a feel for the quality and options. Oliver was helpful and later responded quickly to our email queries. The product itself is top quality from Germany and arrived well packaged. We had a custom powder coating which was well worth it to match our house. The installation team were very proficient, thoughtful and tidy. Overall a very smooth and reassuring experience. We would certainly recommend to others. The only irritation in the experience was being asked to pay the remaining 50% balance prior to work starting (we appreciate this was in the terms of the contract). We said we'd like to inspect the goods first before paying but in the end we weren't pressed for payment on the day and settled up after the installers had left. We're looking forward to the summer heat with far less trepidation now!
