Booked on website with a quoted price of £50.00. No confirmation sent so chased up on Facebook and had the booking confirmed. After that text messages from them stating price was £75 - 50% increase from the original quote and confirmation. When challenged on the issue they sent a further text stating that they had removed fixed prices some time ago so it seems they omitted to tell their website, I cancelled and then they sent another text message stating they had no drivers available and my booking was therefore cancelled. All I can say is make 100% sure of what you are booking as this experience with them was very unprofessional and questions how trustworthy they are.

The company sent frequent updates before my journey and the taxi arrived promptly when picking me up. I had a very comfortable journey. All in all a really lovely and easy experience.

My Driver was smartly dressed and his service was very professional along with an eco friendly car, A Tesla no less which was also very clean and tidy .
