Very misleading and deceptive company. I was lead to believe that they were going to buy my home and provided proof via email to my building company for my new build reservation confirming this. My property is currently up for sale via this company but has not sold. In reality then I don’t have a buyer and as a direct result I have lost my building plot with the new build. I have told them to remove my property on several occasions but yet no one gets back to me via phone or email. I am currently consulting a solicitor regarding this and consider the contract I signed with them void. Please do not believe anything this company says

these people are greedy scammers. The only reason they get good feedback is because they ask for it very early in the proceedings before they have taken the opportunity to drop the promised price just before exchange. They said they would never do that but thats exactly what they did.Offered £20,000 less than agreed literally day before exchange. Off a price already trimmed by 30% of true value. Hateful and evil tricks to do to vulnerable people. I was lucky, i turned them down but at huge expense and trouble to myself but I could never sleep if i let them profit from me..Learn from my experience.This review is in the name of my late husband Graham Noble but was written by his widow Marilyn Noble and house buy fast and trustpilot have been provided with all relevant details of the failed transaction. They know perfectly well who I am and I have made a police report to their local police station and I am also talking to my local trading standards officer who seems to think that I should talk to the local office to house buy fast. They have been told to alter their advertising by the ASA. Why would I make this up.

Offer not instant ! As advert suggested. But got there in the end, approx seven days. Cash offer was 25% below market value which isn’t great but ! If you are desperate ….. The sale is almost 2% commission but if it sells quick with no hassle as they say, maybe that’s not so bad. Timing not right for me but will give them a chance to put their money where their mouth is should I decide to sell.
