You get an email saying not to email again, as you will be put to the back of the line to get a response. Been over a month no word from the company. This is a scam do not buy from 180 smoke. Use canadavapes, they are not scamming you out of money. A complaint has been made with the BBC of Canada.

I went to order refill cartridges for the device I ordered and they weren’t available at all just a week later.
