Great customer service experience!

Abzocke Pur. Ich habe 5 € freigeschaltet und wollte mir das über Paypal rüber schicken lassen. Dann stand da es wäre ein Fehler aufgetreten. Woraufhin ich ein Ticket heypiggy zukommen lassen habe. Niemand hat sich gemeldet bei mir. Auch nicht nach Wochen. Dann habe ich nochmal ein ausführliches Ticket ihnen geschickt, wobei ich angemerkt habe dass das für mich echt viel Arbeit war und ich mich auf mein selbst verdientes Geld gefreut habe. Danach kam keine Nachricht, woraufhin ich nochmal beim Help Center nachgeschaut habe was da los ist. Sie haben es einfach nur geschlossen. Ohne Antwort. Einfach nur „closed“. Ich finde das ist eine Frechheit. Eine Zeitverschwendung. Wenn andere damit Geld verdient haben toll, schön für euch. Aber dann gibt es auch Leute wie mich, die die kalte Schulter abbekommen. Daher für mich, nicht zu empfehlen.

I really enjoy Hey Piggy but I hate when you do half a survey and all of a sudden you don’t match. I hate being scammed and that feels a lot like I’m getting scammed. Also the stated time for the surveys is almost always wrong.

I like that there are several surveys with a lower rejection rate. Also cash out is normally fairly quick not 3 days later.

The surveys are good, but the games start getting harder to actually earn anything worthwhile playing.

Heypiggy is a great paying survey platform. It is a nice surprise when even though I don't qualify for a survey I still get a little reward for trying. Quick and easy payouts.

I recently joined Heypiggy.com through another survey site that I joined it is free to join I can just open one in google.com and type in heypiggy.com. You can get a payout for a giftcard starting $1.00 or you can change it to 5.00. The payout they give you automatically which I like.
