I once entered a survey that offered £5.09 as a reward and a video in it was encrypted and in the video I got told "this video is encrypted and we do not know how to decrypt it" so I exited and made a ticket. The response was me being credited it out of good will, me providing screenshots for more detailed analysis(I didn't think about this at the time) was also said. This is fine and is an incredible level of customer service. Five stars isn't enough for this, just off this experience alone. Thank you to the an amazing customer service team behind hey piggy. The Best survey app out there , also don't abuse the customer service team unless you really need to talk to them. It'll be a good idea for the team if a decryption thing be available for these instances.

Heypiggy is one of the best survey sites out there, they have really good survey options and pretty fast payouts, they offer a wide selection of giftcards too.

Hey Piggy is an easy to do survey site. You can chose between short and best matched surveys. Like all survey sites, some surveys will allow you to complete them, then say you are declined. Can be frustrating, but if you stick to short surveys, you don't waste too much time. Pays out when you reach £5.
