Everything was good, we booked 8 seater for 8 passengers from Heathrow airport, as i have purchased their service 7 months before they trip date, i forgot to tell them that we have increased the number of passenger from 8 to 11 and i was totally forgotten about that when we arrived at airport and i opened my WhatsApp to find drivers number i saw that i have made a mistake, and i knew driver will be outside waiting for us. Before calling big fleet drive i told my other 3 group members that you have to wait here so i can arrange one more cab for 3 extra people. Luckily at same time big fleet's driver paul called me and told me that he is in parking with 16 seater sprinter Van, and then i explain everything to him and the drive called his manager and they didn't charge us anything extra for that and solve this issue without thinking anything. Really happy with your service.

I have hired their small van for my family from Heathrow airport, as they can't speak English thats why i have to book and manage everything for them. while hiring with big fleet i told them that my parents are German and they don't understand and speak English properly. And what they did was surprising, they provide us with a driver who can speak German, and that was the best thing they delivered to us including their services.
