I never received my order. The WhatsApp number I got on the email didn't belong to anyone affiliated with Fragrance Deliver SA. I then asked to choose another item, it took forever for them to respond. I have asked for a refund and I am still waiting.

Amazing service. I had an issue that was fully resolved within an hour. Love the perfume as well. Smells amazing.

Delivery of a wrong order and taking more time to resolve the problem, other thing is they took their wrong jean but they dnt say anything are they going to deliver the write jean or give me my money back

Hi There. Your service was excellent. Unfortunately the product is not 100% original. The sent is very close yes. Packaging colours not the same as original, plastic cap that was broken, not the same lid. Close Copy.
