United Kingdom | 02 April 2025Extremely disappointed with the customer service. My daughter ordered a white dress, waited for over a month to receive it, much longer than the expected delivery date. Once the dress finally arrived, we noticed that they send us the wrong dress, was a dark green dress. I’ve contacted Enisamodest that didn’t even bother to apologise, just asked us to return the dress and inform us that the return expenses must be covered by us. So the affected people are the ones having to pay for their mistakes. I replied to the email expressing our disappointment and have been told that we will no longer need to return the dress and will be refunded. Nothing happened until now, no refund and no replies to our emails, completely ignored. Will definitely not advise to anyone
