El supuesto agente es una estafa. Abres tu cuenta, eliges tus artículos en Aliexpress y pagas por ellos. Hasta ahí todo muy bien. El servicio de atención al cliente es impecable. Tramita todas tus inquietudes, cancela cuantos artículos necesites cancelar, te los cambia... en fin. Sin problemas. La estafa surge cuando dice que recibió tus artículos y entonces te pasa la factura del costo del envío del paquete. Yo compré 9 ropitas de bebé que me costaron poco más de 50 usd. Para hacer una sola transferencia les envié 80 usd. Cosa que también me cubriera algo del costo del envío. Pero, el costo de envío a Cuba que me acaban de facturar por esas piezas alcanza los 400 usd. Claro, no voy a enviarles más dinero. Pura estafa. No es la primera vez que compro en China. Ningún servicio de transporte de mercancía cobra esa cantidad por enviar esos pedidos a Cuba, ni a ningún otro lugar.

They have stolen my money. They claim they have not received it in their TransferWise account even though I've shown them screenshots from my bank that the transaction has cleared. My bank has confirmed the money is sent. After 6 weeks of back and forth they asked ME to contact THEIR banking service to sort it out. Incredibly hopeless.

This is a fraud company just collecting information from you and than start asking small money like 10 to 20 dollars to move to next stage they never help you but Infact they cheat you and you can end up 5 times higher than actual price of a shipment I can only say never pay them a penny because you will be asked to more and more as you go ahead ..... _——————- I am adding these words after below response..... I am trying to place an order with aliexpressagent. At first, communication is very good. After I paid, I was informed the one item cannot be shipped because "it has capacitors in it" I asked them to challenge this with their shipper because Capacitors are not dangerous goods and are present in every single piece of electronics in the world. I even gave them a link to international shipping standards that specifically notes that capacitors are not dangerous. Just because the product is open at the back and a capacitor happens to be visible, they are refusing to ship, yet the item on aliexpress website itself has international shipping options available. I am looking for alternative consolidation services, because if I have to struggle like this each time I want to buy electronics, I am going to have a hard time.

It took too long to consolidate my order and ship. the weight of the parcel was not mentioned correctly and the dimensional weight was not correct too. When i tried to inform customer service about this issue they said they need a photo to prove the same even though it was clearly mentioned in the logistics document that the weight was different from the weight they had on the invoice. there fore the matter was not resolved and i had to share this with you all.

Dishonest shipping service. I Contacted their support about shipping cost asking why their epacket shipping price is 5x the normal price on aliexress. And they reply that they are not responsible for that. BEWARE of this company if you don't want to end up being overcharged a whole lot of money. Especially for those who dropship.

I ordered something from AliExpress Agent, only to get their reply that the supplier of my product - like most AliExpress suppliers - will not ship within China; and therefore they could not get the product I asked for. If - according to AliExpress Agent's written words - most AliExpress suppliers do not ship within China (i.e. where AliExpress Agent is located & operating), how exactly does AliExpress Agent get the prodcuts from AliExpress to handle them on their customers' behalf? I am still expecting an answer from them on this question. In the meantime, the amount I paid them is still in their account. The conclusions are yours... UPDATE: My Order Number was #873
