I sent an e-mail to this company because they sent everything I asked for, it was sent to the correct address, the parcel was undamaged, the sales team were helpful and answered all my correspondence and the prices on most of their tolls were unbeatable. What more could you ask for and most things you do these days goes wrong in some way or another.

The company is excellent and provides a good range of Automotive tools at very competitive prices. Shame they use EVRI who always seem to let them down.

Excellent company. My order got lost in the post. Royal mail providing poor service. Tools2U Direct were very helpful and provided a replacement which I was happy to collect in person. Thank you Tools2U Direct. 👍.

Ordered some sockets from this seller and the socket cracked, so I contacted the seller and asked what the warranty was. They told me that the warranty is 30 days from purchase and told me to contact the manufacturer, which I tried to do. Apparently it was the wrong manufacturer I contacted (they had a similar name). The manufacturer advised me to contact the seller again for correct manufacturer. The seller has yet to contact me with the information. Not helpful at all.
