About Relationship Success Lab

Helping you heal from toxic relationship patterns and trauma bonds. I am Dr Sarah Alsawy-Davies, Specialist Clinical Psychologist, Trauma Bond Expert, and Company Director. Working in mental health services for 15+years, I have created a tailored and specialised program to support deep healing of relationship wounds. If you continuously feel "not good enough", you are walking on eggshells, and you are having to change yourself to "make your partner happy"; Or if you have an anxious attachment style, and have been in a relationship involving narcissistic traits; And you feel stuck in a cycle of feeling lonely, insecure, and inadequate; This is the service for you. You may have tried other therapies previously but nothing has worked. You have tried 'communicating' with your partner but they don't understand you and you are left feeling unheard. You have tried putting in boundaries, only to find yourself bending over backwards and compromising or self-sacrificing. There might be times when the relationship feels "magical" but other times you feel broken by it. A part of you is exhausted by the cycle but the other part is holding onto the "potential" and hope that things will improve. You may cycle between love-bombing, dependency and co-dependency, criticism, gaslighting and manipulation, and trapped in subconscious and physiological addiction. Let's end problematic and toxic relationship cycles where you: Heal past traumas; Heal your abandonment wound; End doubts of yourself; Grow your self-confidence and self-esteem; Heal your anxious attachment style; Develop a secure attachment style; Stay strong and committed to your boundaries; Learn to communicate so you ARE be heard and understood. We do this through a process of healing from the inside out. The work is tailored to personal needs and some examples include (but not limited to): - Attachment and Relational based therapy and coaching; - Cognitive Behavioural Therapies; - Dialectical Behavioural Therapy; - Somatic Trauma Healing of the Nervous System; - Hypnosis; - Subconscious Rewiring of belief systems; - Compassionate Focused Therapy; This process has been successful for hundreds of individuals and can be for you too. Welcome to the new you.

Prior to seeing Dr Sarah Alsawy-Davis, I felt stuck and hopeless for my anxiety and relationship issues. After consistently working with her for just a few months, I have experienced a significant impact in resolving these issues. I would like to highlight three traits in Sarah that make her an effective therapist. First is that she has a presence that makes it easy to talk to her. This was particularly helpful for me who was nervous about starting therapy. Second is that her expertise in this area was absolutely clear. Using her sessions, I had learnt so much about myself and gained a suite of tools to tackle my issues. Third is that she has an incredible ability to read the situation. Hence it was easy for the sessions to move forward. At times this ability was amazing to me as she was able to pick things up without a lot of explanation from my part. I highly recommend her for anyone feeling hopeless or stuck. I am absolutely grateful for the sessions.

Sarah has been hugely helpful for issues around anxiety and difficult relationships. She is empathetic, highly attentive and insightful. I’ve learned so much about myself during our sessions and feel the positive impact daily. I feel confident that Sarah has a deep understanding of the psycho-social context which has framed some of my challenges, and I’m always pleasantly surprised by the small but important details she remembers. Thanks for all your help

Dr Sarah is an incredible therapist. I have been working with her for over 2 years now and every time I have a session with her I feel lighter and I’ve always gained important perspective. I’ve gone through some big life changes over the last 12 months and my sessions with Dr Sarah have been invaluable to helping process my feelings and for my overall mental health. I recently had a life changing break through with her in one of my recent sessions that has really helped me in my life and relationships. Dr Sarah is empathic and you never feel judged at any moment. I thoroughly recommend her as a therapist and a key ally in your life journeys.

Sarah is incredible at what seems does. She helped me get to the root of some long standing beliefs I held about myself that were having a negative impact on my daily life. Her breadth of knowledge is outstanding and I honestly don't think there is any scenarios that she couldn't help improve in a client's life. I'd love to work with her again in future.

Sarah has a relaxed demeanour which puts you at ease. She is also very knowledgeable and good at explaining - which is key to helping you understand why you may feel or react in a certain way, or why others may do so. High recommended and has helped me a lot in my emotional understanding.

Where do I even begin... Dr. Sarah has changed my life in ways I never dreamed possible. She is the most intelligent, thoughtful, professional, and talented coach I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Most notably, her methods WORK. I have experienced a positive shift in all aspects of my life, starting with my relationships, my career, and my overall vibrational frequency rising, all of which can be traced back to her and the work we do together. Working with Dr. Sarah is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I genuinely feel like a different person because of her. I feel immense gratitude for even having the opportunity to work with her, and if you get the chance to do so yourself, I wouldn't hesitate. Thank you for being you, Dr. Sarah!

I went to see Sarah to help with anxiety issues which have built up over a long time. At the time of my first visit I was taking beta blockers most days to help with anxiety at work. To cut a long story short, I haven’t taken a beta blocker for months. Sarah has been amazing and has led me on a journey of understanding, and of addressing my anxiety through a combination of explanation of the neurological mechanisms at play and simple actions and exercises to manage them. The single biggest lesson I have learned, with Sarah’s help, is that the relationship between our mental and physical selves is not mystical, or even that complex in many respects, and in the same way that the right exercises can help us to recover from a muscular injury, so can the right exercises help address mental issues. I would recommend Sarah to anyone who needs some help or guidance with any mental health issues.
