Funny when you ask for contact details of their legal team they put the phone straight down! @118 - you seriously should be ashamed at how brazen your breach of the law is.

Tried ringing twice on hold for hours both times. Been charging me £25 membership fee every month for just having the card?..... it's a scam you cannot claim back. Bought a £480 item a year ago payed £50 a month for a year only £20 has been off the purchase? What a rip off many complaints and claims going in

United Kingdom | 15 July 2022We regularly receive unwanted calls from individuals claiming they are from a company called 118 - usually late morning. They often speak poor English and there is a lot of background noise - probably a call centre. Unfortunately these pests keep using different phone numbers so it's impossible to block their calls.

Not sure where they have picked my no up from. I am blocking the numbers they call from - the last two are 01827793032 and 01827793029 so I expect a call from the 3030 3031 .... To be honest I've only had my card 3 months and already been put off using it

I've asked several times for them to stop. Silent calls are harassment and I urge anyone to report them to Ofcom. As its illegal behaviour.

Are you authorised to make financial decisions on behalf of the company. When answerring NO to both these questions they just hang up... I have asked them on numerous occasions to take us off their calling list just to be ignored.

I ask them to remove my number from their list, as you legally have the right to do so, and they hang up on me. Now I just tell them to F-off. Even that does not work. Pure harassment.

I have asked them on many occasions to remove my number from their database in accordance with GDPR regulations but still I get call after call. On the last call, which was today, I asked to speak with a Supervisor, the idiot then cut me off. Bad company, idiot employees and using illegal practices! If I could give them no stars, that's exactly what I would do.

I know there is a lot of competition in this market, but harassing potential customers with phone calls is the worst possible way to get them.

These companies should not be able to operate in this way. I own my own business so have to answer all calls just in case it is a new business call. Something needs to be done

They usually just hang up on me but then I keep on receiving the calls. I block the number but then they use a different one. I don't know where to go to report them?
