United States | 18 June 2014We used 2 Smartboxes to stage our house when we put it up for sale. They were great, we were able to quickly make our too small house look like a family of 4 could easily fit in it! We loaded them over the weekend and they took them away before the open house so the house looked great!

United States | 13 June 2014Overall I was somewhat satisfied. I did not enjoy paying for an entire month when the box was dropped off two days into the new term. I also thought the boxed were not well built and barely closed correctly. I would also recommend wearing gloves, because you will get splinters opening and closing the doors, they are just not built well.

United States | 12 June 2014Driver was very helpful and found a place for the boxes on our strange lot. (We had two). The whole process was very worry-free. Booked online. I'd recommend that so there's little miscommunication.

United States | 11 June 2014So far our experience has been very positive. Smartbox has done a great job answering all of my questions. They brought the box out in a timely manner and picked up right away. The first box we received was for staging our home. We will get another one, closer to our move date and then they will be shipped across the country. We are not sure yet if they will need to be stored on the back end. The only thing that I wish was a little better was after picking up our box; that we received some sort of receipt. I will write another review when our process of shipping is finished; hoping for smooth sailing.
