It was easy to order from the on-line menu. The delivery time was given as 1 to 2 working days and it arrived the next working day from ordering. Great work.

The order was for two compact fluorescent tubes. One arrived broken. Poor packaging probably the problem.

They have a vast range of items that I regularly use in stock and if they don’t have it then it can be delivered in a day or two. I did made a complaint because I didn't received my order in time but really wasn't yess electrical fault the manager did showed me their request repeatedly so I could get my order in time because as well was Christmas time coming ,so I appreciate their effort and their great service
