Delivery for Folding rack arrived in a couple of days went to install on the weekend and the J Hook was welded wrong. Dropped an email on the Sunday night and got a reply from Sam in a couple of hours, replacement delivered on the Tuesday. Things don't always go to plan, but getting it sorted promptly makes all the difference. Will definitely use again.
