The DhL delivery was delayed by 3 days but the item arrived undamaged and I am very happy with my new dumbell set.

I ordered 2 kettlebells. Good price, good quality and speedy delivery. I wish I had gone straight to Rival Strength as I did use another company recently whose kettlebells arrived damaged, we’re not good quality and had to be returned.

Weight plates arrived on time however not impressed with the quality. They were scuffed and marked. Seemed to be second hand & used. After some further correspondence it has become apparent, the issue is a quality control one. This is going to be investigated with the supplier, however, it's a rear occurance and I guess these situations can occure invariably. After communicating with Sam the M.D at Rival Strength, a prompt and professional response was provided. My plates were changed without hesitation & the new ones are spot on. Thank You

Hadn't came across Rival Strength before, but in my search for MAG grip style hands I stumbled across them. I ordered at 10:30am, it was shipped at 10:45 and arrived at my door around 12 noon. Ridiculously fast service. The product themselves are solid built and do exactly what they're intended for, all 5 can be used across various exercises to offer slight adjustments to the muscles worked. I wish I bought these sooner!

Purchased the adjustable weight bench. Arrived swiftly and well package. A few minor remarks with the design. The pictures dont show any gap between the two sections when positioned flat. However, the gap is quite large (approx 2-2.5 inches; larger than i have seen on other benches) which is a bit misleading. Additionally, the material (leather?) used to cover the seats is VERY soft and doesn't at first seem like it will be hard wearing for commercial use. Only time will tell. On the whole though it is a good quality bench for the price.
