While the product didn't work for me due to GI upset, the customer service was amazing. They were able to help me cancel my subscription as well as refund the upcoming order so I didn't have to wait and return the product I couldn't use.

I was drinking the menoslim tea and it took awhile to see the difference in hot flashes and they did diminish so I thought I would not have them anymore and stopped drinking tea. 2 months later are started having hot flashes again so I'm back on tea and it does help.
