Just had a new front door fitted and i must say I'm extremely happy with the service from everyone I've spoken to via the phone and workers would use again thankyou

I had a door to door sales chap come to my house in 2018, I expressed some interest and gave my details to get a free quote but then changed my mind and rang to cancel. Since then I have on 3 occasions had cold calls saying the same thing ‘I am calling on behalf of my uncle who is doing building work near you’. Third time I asked how they have got my number, the lady said I gave my details in 2018 and confirmed it was imagine. I started to ask her to take my details off the list and she hung up on me before I could say this. I tried to call back and she cut off my call. I would avoid giving your details to the company and personally find their forceful sales and bad service off putting.

Brilliant!!! We had our drive done with this company and we are very happy with the result. All the teams are very professional, hard working and pleasant. We have chosen a resin finish and get loads of comments on the great look of it. Roy in the office is a very patient and helpful person who always has a calming professional answer to any of your questions. Thanks Roy.

I am in my 80's and have been a home owner for 60 years, in all that time I have never employed a company that was so professional, competent, honest, friendly and kind. I am so pleased with the job they did installing my windows and garage roof, I will recommend Imagine7 to friends and family and neighbours. Highly recommended.

We've just had our fourth window fitted by Imagine7 after being really impressed with the previous three we had fitted last year.The overall deal was real value for money and the quality of the windows was excellent. The fitters were very prompt,friendly and skillful.After they completed the job they cleaned up before they left and I would highly recommend this company.

well we have to admit, Imagine 7 are not the cheapest on the block, but we are well happy with the 2 doors and 6 triple glazed windows they have fitted to our home. and more than that, we had 3 different team fitting the 2 doors and 6 windows. all of which were very respectful, helpful and forward thinking young men. nothing was too much trouble, we purchased a front door, 6 windows and then a back door, one after the other. and after each was fitted, you could not have known they had been, all cleaned up too everything removed including the old doors and windows. we are over the moon thank you very much to all at Imagine 7

I had my porch done with this company after being contacted by a very polite and helpful young lady from the office. The customer service was brilliant and nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I first used this company in march after being recommended by a family member. At first I had my driveway corrected and redone after a bodge job from a previous company. The customer service was excellent and Roy was brilliant in helping me with any queries and concerns I had due to previously having a bad experience. The work was done to an excellent standard and I am very happy with it. They are now in the process of doing work at the back of my property. Would definitely recommend. Very reliable and trustworthy.

At last a company we can trust, such a joy to deal with, the craftsmen where first class and very knowledgeable and the fittings manager, Roy, made life so easy with excellent communications between Imagine and ourselves. We have used a few company's in the past and have not really been that pleased but now we have found this company we will be using them for our driveway and new roof in the future. Highly recommended.

My husband and myself used this company towards the end of 2016 . The person who came to the house to give us a quote pressure sold to us making us believe we had a fantastic deal so my husband signed up to have the work done we were told there was no rush to start the work yet within days of the surveyor coming they were ringing to get the job started we were told it would take a day to do . And the deal we were offered was given to us at a discount if they could take the before and after photos and put a board up outside the house . The work was carried out they started just after 10am and were finshed for 3pm there was no pictures taken and no board left when I asked if they would but putting a board up they said we don't normally bother .We then had a member of the team come back to collect the signed forms later as my husband needed to sign them and he was not home when the gentleman came we asked and said we felt ripped off he got very rude and shouty in front if my then 5 year old son . When calling the owners the next day he was also rude we have had months of back and forthing with the owners and got them come back and correct an issue and been spoken to very rudely which the owner claimed I had done to him so I asked for the recorded calls which has never happened. We did finally receive some money back but was not enough and there excuse was this money back is for our warranty cover which we will now not be covered if we have any problems . So anyone thinking of using this company don't there rude they rip you off and don't deserve the business . Also after using them and before we got any money back they were ringing us weekly trying to get us to have more work done

We asked for a quote from Imagine7 for a new driveway. A man came to the house and looked around before giving a ballpark price that was about 3 times what it should have been. He then took some measurements so he could give us a formal quote. He then came into the house to discuss it with us and it got really weird. He was rude and pushy about my partner not being in the same room, then outright refused to give me a quote unless she was there! Bizarre. I told him that I don't want his quote if that's the case. He called his partner and then handed the phone to me, his partner was rude and condescending - telling me "you don't run a multi-million pound business without learning a thing or two" and "if you can't get your partner with you for the quote then we're not the company for you". I told him it sounds like they weren't the company for me and he said "Okay I'm glad". Unbelievable. I asked the man to leave my house immediately and he left. Felt like a scam right from the beginning. Do not trust this company, an honest company doesn't behave like that.

The work carried out was very good.However, I would advise people to avoid this company as money was taken from my bank account before the work was finished and I was charged an exorbitant amount for a drainage channel which should have been included in the quote.The person who dealt with my complaints used a superior and condescending tone, to which no one would relate well
