Every time me and my family visit London from New York we never miss to visit Cave. It’s one of our favorite place to shop for modest attires. Today I purchased oud requested by my son who loves the oud oil and black seed oil.Customer services is great. Inshallah I will be back for more on my next visit.

I made an order one month ago online and was advised I would receive my item within 5-7 working days. I did not receive my item. I then emailed them 3 times but received no response. I then called and was advised I would receive a response within 24-hours but never got contacted. I then requested a refund and this was processed immediately. The only reason I haven't given one star is because they processed my refund immediately and at least had the courtesy to email me an apology and provide me a 30% voucher which I do not intend to use. I will not be buying from this store online again. I appreciate they must have been very busy during Ramadan-Eid period. I am less fussed about the delay in receiving my item. However, their communication needs to be improved significantly.

The lady there was really friendly and helpful when choosing fragrances. Would definitely recommend to others for great fragrances and even better customer service :)

A warm welcoming by the store owner upon arrival and really pleased with the service I received. The kind lady help me find the perfect gift item. Scammers. I made an order told it was due to arrive on Tuesday 18 April never recieved. I tried contacting them 9n telephone and got no answer. I sent an email and no reply. I still haven't recievrd my order and I paid 68 pounds that also included postage and package. I contacted royal mail and they advised me they never recieved the package.
