He always provides a detailed advance estimate so that the customer is well informed. Most importantly he gives great advice on the best way to deal with any roofing issue. Kemp Roofing Contractors Ltd provided us with satisfactory service. Jason and his team were professional while addressing roof issues, including a cupola replacement, and maintained communication throughout. However, there was a significant delay with scaffolding, and price changes were problematic. The final cost was notably higher than initially quoted. Overall, a mixed experience but decent craftsmanship.

In addition to replacing broken slates, Jason located the leak, which we had for years, despite other roofers trying to tackle the problem. He fixed the problem and we agreed our annual maintenance visit for later in the year. He was clear and efficient.

Jason replaced our whole roof around 5 years ago and we found him to be professional and knowledgeable in every respect. Our job this time was much smaller it was to put in place a thing (very technical term 🤪), to stop seagulls nesting. Once again Jason professional and very pleasant. Would use him again in a heartbeat!

Jason came to my rescue when my house purchase stalled due to there being concerns with the state of repair of the roof. I couldn’t get anyone else to answer phone/ call back/ agree to do a survey and estimate, and when I called Jason he quickly attended to it and gave me an assessment I felt I could trust. A year on and his team have just completed a full re-roof of our Victorian property. A big job with multiple pitches and a a decorative turret area above bay windows and needing over 7 thousand slates. I waited a while for them to be able to start but it was worth it. The roof is utterly transformed and the attention to detail and quality is faultless. Jason was good at communicating changes and issues and dealing with problems and unforeseen circumstances as they arose (2 active beehives in the rafters for instance). Worked well onsite coordinated with other trades who were sharing the scaffolding. On-site every day sometimes 6 days a week so the job progressed well once it started. Material prices went up significantly post estimate and Jason was very fair with how he passed those on. Am very pleased and can highly recommend.
