While quick to refund and cancel the order due to the fact that the item wasn't obtainable. I did check their own stock and the item in that size was still listed as available on their website. I would prefer that the availability was accurate and the the whole ordering and cancelling could be avoided.

Bought the Superdry Expedition coat in navy for son who also has the same coat in black. Very good service received, item was delivered on time and I was able to track. Would definitely order form intrend clothing again

I received the different item from what I had ordered. I contacted there customer service and have a still had no reply three weeks on for a refund or exchange, as per their returns Policy I should have received paid postage to return the item and either an exchange or refund and have had. None of these. Awful service will never use this company again.
