Having gave vet approved RX 3 redeeming chances this is the last time I will order thru them as twice before product was not received as agreed and was told I would be given a refund for added shipping no that did not happen . I have found product available thru Amazon and in fact had to order thru them and got it before the order arrived from vet approved RX . Shoppers beware order well in advance of needing product and save the money for express ship because the way I see it the product only comes express after you call demanding what you have paid for and they finally et around to shipping it out !

We have had to use this pet pharmacy twice for our dog Loki. Both times they have been very efficient in processing the prescription. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because on the second order I paid $6.99 for 1 to 3 business day delivery and it was 10 days before I received the medication. Will use again when next occasion arrives. Thank You.
