I ordered 2 bouquets for Mothers Day (one for better half and one for SIster (Auntie). The website was clear and easy to navigate so I could choose what I want, the checkout process was simple. I ordered in advance (4 weeks) because I knew it would be busy, both bouquets were delivered at reasonable times (not really early or late) and both were beautiful and had the desired effect. Great value for money and would wholeheartedly recommend and use again

Quite a different bouquet delivered to how it looked on the site. More cellophane than flowers. Only 2 flowers in bud which wouldn't make much of a different look once opened. Disappointed.

I used Abi’s arrangements for the first time and I must say I couldn’t be happier. The flowers were delivered on time and looked superb. More importantly my mum loved them. I will definitely use again

The reason I gave 3 stars is because I ordered 2 orders and one was beautiful and one I was disappointed in. I do understand that mothers day is a busy time however for the price of a basket of flowers I expected more flowers just like the picture shows. What was delivered was lovely but I expected bigger and the basket being more full. So i was disappointed. £25 tops I would expect to pay for what was recieved. However I've spent £35 and not 100% satisfied.

Great service and good communications. When I got a delivery date wrong and emailed her to change the date she got straight back to me and sorted it. The delivery date hasnt happened yet so I can't comment on the flowers but I'm sure they will be lovely!

My husband and I were coming up to our 1st year wedding anniversary. We have been separated from each other due to Covid-19 for a year. Being across the pond in the US, I just wanted to do a little something to show him I cared. It took several inquiries to find a florist who would take an order from out of country, deliver, and deliver to a business, a single red rose to mark the day. Abi's helped me. Because most florists didn't send single stems. Thank you again for helping me to send something sweet, for a special day.

Order a balloon delivery for my daughters birthday and it arrived when expected and they had seen my request and provided lovely coloured balloons for my teenage daughters. Excellent service.
