United Kingdom | 14 June 2020Visited the store in Dudley today and experienced disgusting customer service, rude salesmanship, items overpriced with a markup of over 50%! On challenging the sales person re. Price of the light he got very angry and asked us to leave! Appalling, do not buy from here unless you want to get ripped off and experience some very poor customer service! Not really sure why they are open to be honest as government guidelines stated all non essential shops to re-open from the 15th June 2020! They should be reported actually! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves! Definitely won’t be recommending this company to anybody! Avoid at all costs!

Hong Kong | 08 April 2019Slow and even no reply, paid and never received the parcel, I do strongly not recommend this company. Firstly I thought buying lamps from UK online will be more secured than from the other places, especially knowing from comments that the store is so reliable and trustworthy, but apparently this time is my most disappointing shopping experience in my life. I paid but never received the parcel, I sent emailssssssssss but never got replied except for one and only confirmation letter with invoice, it is doubtful that if the store truly exists. I don’t know what to do next except for asking help from the police.

Impossible to get through and they do not respond to emails wither. finally after number of phone calls and chasing, got it delieved after 4 weeks. ##Refund is next to impossible As we didn't want those lights anymore (because order was delayed for 4 weeks so I bought another lights from high street) so requested a refund and as suggested by store manager sent the lights back. They confirmed that they have received the lights but now stopped picking up my phones (They save your phone number). Its been 3 weeks now and still waiting for the refund. My Mrs tried and got hold of them but the staff was really rude, unprofessional and straightforwardly denied to pay back the money. Now going legal and disputing the payment through bank. These people are CON so beware!!!

United Kingdom | 09 April 2017So first off its worth me mentioning that I placed an order for almost £1000 with this company. The order contained a crystal hall light for £900 and some bulbs for £50. When my package arrived I realised that the bulbs were the wrong type. So I went to the return section on the website which instructed me to email their sales email address. I did this and a week later had no reply. So I tried calling. I waited in queue for 20 mins so gave up and tried again a few hours later. The same thing happened. So I wrote another email asking for the them to provide me with the address so that I could return the bulbs for a refund. NOTHING. No acknowledgement nothing. I wrote to them again warning that I would have to contact my bank to request a chargeback. Still nothing. Appalling customer service and such a waste of my time. Avoid this company at all costs.

The staff were very friendly ( not over powering ) and efficient and catered to our needs. The products are of a high standard and were very happy with our experience with Majestic Lighting.

United Kingdom | 01 August 2016I ordered from lighting majestic a beautiful 3 tiered pendant light, unfortunately when it arrived , one of the shades were cracked, I contacted customer services by email, they responded straight away and sent me out a replacement shade. Would not hesitate to use this company again .

Items were always delivered on the date stated, well packaged and as described on the website. I had one query with my most recent order but the customer service team were incredibly quick to respond and very friendly.

United Kingdom | 21 August 2015Spent £140 on two lamps for our bedroom.Once we were installing them discovered that the joint on both of the lamps was rusted inside and the overall quality of the lamp was poor considering the money.Have just rung customer services for money back- really disappointed and won't be using this company again.

United Kingdom | 27 November 2013Overall frustrating and upsetting experience after ordering from their website. Received an email telling me the item I ordered was discontinued. Thereafter communication was very poor, none of my emails were replied to and after 10 days and several phone calls I finally managed to get a refund. Sad to have such shocking service, maybe they have bigger fish to fry and my £60 order was meaningless to them.

United Kingdom | 21 June 2013I ordered two ceiling lights and a wall light. Waited five days but still no contact, when I tracked the order it was 'processing'. I emailed them and got a quick answer. Their supplier had only sent one ceiling light. I was slightly annoyed, I think I should have been contacted about this. I was being delayed in finishing my decorating. I told them to send me what they had. The items arrived promptly. I then waited another week for the second light, again going through the same process of emailing after 5 days. However, the side wall ligth was not suitable and once returned (at my own expense) the refund was issued promptly. Not sure how I would rate them, fairly poor for delivery based on my experience, but this may be a-typical. Good for the refund. Would use again, but would not have high expectations of a rapid service.
