A pot hole punctured my tire on way to our valentines meal, Friday night 8:30, called them, couldn’t have been more helpful, they were there within 20 minutes and put a new tire on. Lovely, friendly guys, couldn’t have done more for us, no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks again guys for your help.

DO NOT USE They charge you £50 which they claim is a deposit. Its not its an additional fee for them to find another company to do your tyre. Save £50 and use a different company directly. Also this company will not provide invoices recipient's. A cowboy company keep away.

Excellent friendly service from the initial phone call to getting the tyre replaced. You are given a price to replace the tyre and its up to you if you agree and accept the service. I refused to pay the deposit, ONLY because i have been conned by so called gardeners, which the tyre company were happy to agree to. The fitter that came out was ever so polite. Grant

This company behaved dishonestly. It charged me £50 deposit and said the cost if I needed a tyre replacing would be £200. Then the company who came out to mend the tyre said their cost up front was £200 so the £50 turned out not to be a deposit but an additional fee! When I phoned I spoke to somebody with a different name and accent who nevertheless declared he’d spoken to me before and that he’d quoted a different amount. Depressing con artists. Not a good way to spend Valentine’s Day afternoon. Avoid.

Was just quoted £240 to changed one tyre… what are you guys thinking… crazy.

Had a puncture on Sat night and needed car for Monday so called MTB on Sunday who assured me they would get the job done and replace all 4 tyres. Used a different (substandard) brand to what they originally committed, didn't give me the option to cancel when I questioned this as they already taken deposit, didn't arrive until Monday late morning and lastly, damaged the wheels lock nut and the tyre pressure sensor so I ended up spending double the amount. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. I am currently making a complaint and they have not responded to my messages.

Do not use this company, they quoted over the phone and requested a deposit which I accepted but they took close to double of the amount they said. Then when the driver finally arrived the price was increased by almost double once again. The manager who I got in touch with was very condescending, rude and quite frankly didn’t care. I done some digging and found multiple company’s with this agenda under slightly different names with the same director, they dissolve the cuisines every couple years to start this probable SCAM again. I would personally not trust this company.

Review for Tyre Buddy Limited t/a MS Mobile Tyres: I didn't even want to give 1 star I recently had a very disappointing experience with Tyre Buddy Limited t/a MS Mobile Tyres and I want to warn others about their service. I found them online and scheduled a puncture repair. They promised to arrive in 45 minutes but turned up 70 minutes later. A young man in an unmarked red van performed the repair, which didn't inspire confidence. In just three minutes, he pulled out the nail and inserted a piece of rubber into the hole, leaving part of it sticking out of the tyre. I asked if this was safe for motorway driving, and he assured me it was. I was charged £120, but was not provided with a VAT receipt despite requesting one. After he left, a warning light indicated incorrect tyre pressure. Feeling unsafe, I went to Kwik Fit, who informed me that driving at high speed with the repair done by Tyre Buddy could have resulted in a blowout and a serious accident. This company is scamming people and putting lives at risk. I contacted them for a refund but have not received any response. Please beware and consider other options for tyre repairs. Kwik fit helped me out. Did a proper repair, inspired confidence and only charged me £29. I should have gone there in the first place but I didn't realise that I could drive the car with a nail stuck in a tyre.

Nobody available on Boxing Day to repair a puncture while away for Xmas.These guys answered the call and where out to me quickly and repaired the puncture enabling me to get home on time.Fantastic service and helpful.A little bit pricey for a repair but nowhere was open,these guys where on it.

Called for a tyre puncture repair for my car parked on my driveway. They came about 2 hours later, their car had broken down. OK, the repair was done quickly enough, then came THE surprise: £250 for a tyre puncture repair!! I could have gotten 2 brand new tyres for that price. Complained at "head office" (a mobile phone number), would be called back.... Not happened so far....

Thank you to Yusuf and the team, I got a flat tyre at 11pm in Widnes and they came out within the hour to get me back on the road to travel home. I was extreamly thankful as it over the festive period and I would not have been able to get to work the next day without there help. They were very professional and the respectful, thanks again!!!

The service was appaling and as stated below not local at all. Told 45 minutes and waited nearly an hour and a half. Took a week to get invoice. Just shocking. Bunch if cowboys and discusting attitude- UPDATE- I have since had a phone call from the owner asking me to take down the review!!

Called at 11.40 and was told someone would be with me within an hour and the driver would contact me when he was fifteen minutes away. After an hour and fifteen minutes I rang back for an update and was advised that the fitter had been delayed on the previous job but was only a couple of streets away and would be with me in fifteen to twenty minutes. After another half an hour the fitter contacts me for a postcode. A further fifteen minutes later and he sends me a WhatsAop picture showing he is stuck in traffic on the M42N over 17 miles away!! Completely misled and very annoyed. I cancelled and found someone else.

It would have been zero if that was an option. I spoke to a nice office guy Kamran who was friendly and promised they have the tyre and driver/the technician 10-15 mins away. That was 9:45pm. I called at 10pm and the office said the driver was already there. Then the driver called and said he could not see me. At that time already 10:30. I waited another 15 mins then the technician arrived saying his van broke down and need to drive my car to his van (with my flat tyre!!) I was already so tired and frustrated I agreed (although very worried my wheel would be damaged). Then the real nightmare began: the technician started to be verbally abusive, complaining that it was his son’s birthday and because I called the office too many times now he won’t get paid. As he was driving into very remote/ dark street I became scared and then he walked out of my car leaving my car in the middle of the street…I had no choice but asked him to finish the job…then he became even more abusive and took long time to power his van and finished the job. I noticed he damaged my alloys when he changed my tyre but at that time I just wanted to be gone. Then the worst happened!!!!! After I paid he accused me lying and that money has not arrived and barricaded my car….i became so scared I called my husband and my son who were worried sick…..pray you do not end up with this company or the one I dealt with.
