From the bottom of my heart I would like to express my gratitude to the clinic for my new luxurious smile! You know I had a bone and gum problem. Complicated operations were performed to restore bone tissue, 10 implants have been installed. The great surgeon Dr. Bayram, a man with golden hands and a kind heart, brilliantly performed the work which other doctors could not have done during many many years in different clinics. Thanks to Dr. Seda who was very patient, gentle and caring with me. She made 28 beautiful zirconia crowns, corrected my bite and now my jaws are anatomically correct. It is important to note that I was often under stress, but Dr. Bayram and Dr. Seda were always supportive, gentle and always found the right words to calm me down. In addition, other doctors of the clinic also reassured me in difficult moments and were also there for me to show that they were a big great team and there was nothing to worry about while I was in their hands. Gulcan, you know that I lived with my problem for 20 years and only Myra Dental clinic has finally solved it! There are not enough words to express the happiness that I feel every morning when I wake up. I thank God every day for putting me in the hands of your doctors. I returned after 7 months to have a very small issue rectified which was completed successfully by Dr Dt Yusuf. Whilst having my treatment Dr Dt Yusuf noticed a crown that could be improved and it was replaced. The above treatment was all free of charge and the attention to detail was first class.

SCAM ALERT! Oh dear... where do I start with this one? I went to Myra Dental in Türkiye on 13 March 2023 where some work was carried out. I paid £5000.00 by way of two credit cards and a further £3000.00 followed by way of a bank transfer the week later. (There is still £2.5k outstanding). Transfer details were give to me by either Ry or Ra by way of a Whatsapp message and I followed this information to the letter when I made the transfer from my English bank account on 23 March 2023. The £3000.00 never arrived. Ry said that he had checked my details (as per their instructions) when I sent to him transfer confirmation details, but to be honest, a five-year-old could've done a better job of checking and confirming the bank information as the transfer details were incorrect. Who knows where my £3000.00 went in these intervening weeks as it still has not been returned to me and Myra Dental Centre in Antalya, Türkiye, has gone silent on me with no communication from them since 19 April 2023. MYRA DENTAL CENTRE = ONE TO AVOID if you don't want to be scammed.

I am soooo chuffed with my new teeth! Myra were fantastic from start to finish. A very freindly and professional service. From pick up at the hotel to managing the process, regular contact and explanation of what was going on: to the actual fitting of my new teeth. The Myra team are second to none. From my very first contact (from Scotland) with Myra Dental I was extremely impressed with their helpfulness and efficiency. Difficult to put into words how fantastic Myra Dental Clinic is, but in my experience they are the best! I initially travelled from the U.K to Myra Dental in July 2022. They were very thorough with their examination process of my panoramic X-ray, telling me exactly what was needed and explaining I would need both sinus lifting and bone grafting in order to complete the process. I went ahead with the surgery to place 8 implants and had the rest of my teeth crowned/veneered. I was given a temporary fitted denture to wear at the top right side of my mouth which lasted until I went back to the clinic 8 months later in March 2023 after the healing process. When I returned they fitted my crowns on my implants and made sure everything was fitted perfectly. I was there 10 days each trip and all transfers too and from the airport and each clinic appointment are included in with your treatment. The staff, well, what can I say!? They are all absolutely brilliant at what they do, very professional, very friendly, kind, caring, they really can’t do enough for you! The clinic itself is beautiful, very clean, modern and comfortable! If you’re looking for top class, five star treatment from an amazing team of dentists and their staff, then Myra is the clinic for you! Victoria

I chose this clinic based on the recommendations of my friends - very demanding people, and it was undoubtedly the right choice. I had to change my bite and redo the entire smile area - 22 teeth. A complex operation that requires the actual replacement of all the front teeth. For several years I could not psychologically decide on this kind of treatment, because I was afraid that the teeth would look unnatural and I would feel uncomfortable. But the problem had to be solved one way or another, and I turned to the Myra Dental clinic. From the very beginning, I paid attention to the atmosphere in the clinic. It's kind of sunny, friendly and genuinely pleasant, the same as the people working here. If in essence,I liked that: 1. I was given a choice between several treatment plans, clearly describing each of them and the result to be expected. 2. The final cost was immediately announced, including all work and operations. 3. Deadlines for the work. 4. Very, very attractive price with the highest quality of services. 5. The possibility of correction and refinement of details. As a result at the end of the treatment, the result exceeded all expectations. I just couldn't believe that newly recreated teeth could look so natural! All this became real thanks to Dr. Erdem Kozulcali. He is not just a high-class doctor, but a real dental artist who sees the finest nuances, feels and hears his patient. In short: a doctor who aspires not to a template, but to a masterpiece. I especially want to mention the managers of the clinic Olga and Ramazan. Ramazan is a great manager, a friendly and attentive host of the clinic, communicating with whom you immediately forget the anxiety and feel that everything will really be competent and correct. But the manager who handled my case was Olga. Largely thanks to her, the final result coincided with my expectations. She was present at all my operations, perfectly translated my wishes from Russian to the fine details of the work, which it was sometimes difficult for me to formulate even in my native language. Super accurately conveyed to the dental technician those minute nuances that I wanted to see on future teeth. She gave me excellent advice on the implementation of teeth color cosmetics and the choice of enamel color. In addition, Olga was constantly on the phone online with me and was an excellent intermediary between the clinic staff and me. In a word, a very attentive person and a professional of business communication. My bottom line: I can safely recommend Myra Dental, real specialists work here = good people who are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for your care and the result!

Where do I start! From the first enquiry communication with Ali was clear and informative, replies were quick and answered any questions I may of had in regards to my treatment, informing me of the treatment process along with pictures of past cases. They had arranged free pick up from the airport to bring me straight to the dentist from when I landed and free transfers between hotel and dentist each and everyday. The dentist Erdem took me through my consultation whilst speaking extremely good English and informed me what was needed along with photos of past cases assuring me I can reach my desired results. The clinic was 5* and modern and everything was extremely clean and up to date; I felt at ease every time I sat in the chair (not the easiest thing at a dentist) and whilst treatment was taking place erdem described everything he was doing. Between every treatment I was told what I would be doing the next day along with what time the driver would pick me up, this made sure I could also make the most out of my trip to Antalya. Throughout the whole treatment Ali was there to tend to my every need and as far as customer service goes, this guy is the best you could possibly get. At Myra they don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need, they are purely there to make sure every one of their patients achieve the best possible outcome and take pride in the work they complete. Erdem worked late some evenings to make sure my treatment was completed to the best possible standard and I couldn’t of asked for anything more. Overall I’d 100% recommend this clinic to anyone looking to get dentistry work completed and I’ll be back in future for anything I need doing myself. Thank you Myra!!

The entire experience is fantastic from beginning to end. Communication is clear and consise, transport to and from the clinic provided for free, including an airport pickup only to take me to my hotel the day before. From the staff on the front desk to the clinic management, everyone is helpful and friendly. My dentist was amazing, I am so happy with the care provided during treatment and the results he has given. The clinic is modern with the latest technology for scans etc. I would thoroughly recommend Myra Dental to anybody who is looking for any dental work, whatsoever.

Myra dental far exceeded my expectations. There are so many things I could say. Their customer service is A1. The dentist and patient coordinators are kind, caring and very knowledgeable. I had severe dental issues and they came up with a wonderful plan to correct all my issues. I don't mind traveling clear across the world for this type of service.

Despite having a bit of a dental phobia and anxiety, it was a positive experience and all worth it in the end! Right, what can I say that hasn't already been said on here; I agree with all the other 5-star reviews that have been written before me, so I'll try to keep it short and sweet! Loved: - my new smile and the Myra team. Hated: - the panful injections. And the sinus lifting, and bone grafting wasn't exactly a picnic in the park, but it was bearable enough that I managed to come out alive! Plus hated swallowing those huge, gigantic antibiotic tablets that you must take afterwards I mean they are the size of a baby elephant… okay maybe I'm exaggerating a little but seriously why are they so big?! Anyway, moving onto the Myra Dental Team... Ramzan guided me through it all and helped me with everything, gave me good advice and I trusted his point of view. He was very easy to talk to and put me at ease as I was very anxious. He suggested choosing the colour outside in daylight which was smart as indoor lighting can affect the shade, I decided to go for the shade BL3 as it looked the most natural with my skin tone. Ramzan sorted out all the little details with the treatment plan and the total cost came to about 10k. At this point I thought it was worth the money as I had already wasted about 15k in the UK with a private dentist and I had gotten nowhere after several years of dental work whereas with Myra I got my new smile sorted in 7days. Ali provided great customer service and was great at communicating everything to me. He was always in touch to check everything was okay with me and always available on WhatsApp whenever you need anything, so I was really glad to have his support as I didn’t need to worry about anything at all. Unfortunately, my debit card got locked in Turkey by my bank, but he helped me sort out the payment via bank transfer and was very patient about it all, compared to another clinic which demanded £1000 deposit to “secure” an appointment. I previously had several consultations with other dental clinics in Turkey (Dental Centre Turkey - which is great if you’re an influencer or celeb but they tend to rush you in and out if you’re a normal person and don't really care about you, but they did have great customer service online I’ll give them that) & (Dentafly - I got very bad vibes from this place, the dentist and the staff were kinda judgy and condescending. I’m so glad I didn’t choose them as they have a lot of very bad reviews from people complaining about the quality of the dental work). Additionally, the dentists at these other clinics I went to had to be translated to English via a patient coordinator which made things difficult as I felt there was some things lost in translation. But the consultation at the Myra clinic was the best one out of all of them because the dentist spoke to me in English and explained everything in layman’s terms, so it was easy for me to understand what he recommended and why he recommended it. Dr Erdem explained the process to me very clearly during the consultation that it made me decide instantly to choose them. He even explained the possibility of what could happen to my teeth in the future and didn't hide anything from me. Dr Seda was so lovely, midway through my first appointment I had a panic attack and cried like a baby and she held my hand and showed me so much kindness n care I swear more than my own family has ever shown haha, bless her she was so gentle and kept checking on me every ten seconds to see if I was in any pain to make sure I was comfortable, I really appreciated that. Overall, it was a positive experience for me, I had a lot done: crowns, implants, an extraction, sinus lift and bone grafting. The dentists do good quality work, and I found the clinic 100% trustworthy. The recovery is going to take some time I think but I would do it all again it’s been worth it! I’m so grateful for my new smile, I can't wait to go back!! Sorry I tried to keep it short... thanks for reading my novel… peace out ✌️
