Compré el cinturón de bicis para hacer un regalo y es tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy bonito. Además tuvimos un pequeño problema con el envío pero el personal de KAZARTT fue muy amable y eficiente para solucionarlo. I bought the bike belt as a gift and it is exactly as seen in the photos, very nice. We also had a small problem with the shipping but the KAZARTT staff was very kind and efficient in solving it.

Amazing customer service! DPD messed up the original delivery (not sure how, it just disappeared..), but communication with Guillaume was super smooth - he checked what went wrong, offered a refund and eventually sent me another belt, which arrived very quickly. And yes, the belt with little bikes is a perfect gift for any cyclist :)

Super service! J'ai passé ma commande pour cette ceinture super originale quelques jours avant Noël. La qualité est parfaite, du vrai cuir, avec une touche sympa. Un joli pochon qui en fait un cadeau parfait. Le service humain est parfait, j'ai contacté le vendeur pour un petit souci à la commande et ce fut rapidement réglé, avec beaucoup d'amabilité

Après une erreur de ma part lors de ma commande de ceinture, le responsable m’a proposé de la renvoyer et de commander le modèle que je voulais à la base. Pour différentes raisons, j’ai commandé l’autre ceinture sans renvoyer tout de suite la 1ere et le responsable m’a proposé de me la rembourser alors que ça n’est pas leur politique.
