Although we had a slight hiccup with the initial delivery, Arron was really helpful and got the problem sorted super quick. Extremely happy with the service.

I looked at two other options for this very small order (a single solid wood stair nosing) and those companies wanted to charge more for delivery than the item cost, probably because they did not want an order this small! This one didn't so it got the order, easy to do, plenty of info with regards to delivery status and arrived as advised with no damage as well packed and is of good quality and finish.
