Trying to match existing engineered wood flooring is a job, my closest match looked like a sample from Ambience so I rang them and spoke to Neil, he was super helpful suggesting I take pics of my existing flooring with the samples on top, he suggested two more samples to try and swiftly sent them out, I initially ordered a load of samples from them trying to find the one, most were next day, with a wee bag of sweets, super cute and impressive service. (I’m now a sugar junkie) Neil also helped me with questions I had on my order, 10/10. Decision made, I ordered my wood, updates were great and delivery and process clear, I was told it would arrive on a pallet, this is now the way, but for me this was a mare, I called up and spoke to Vaughan, my wood was coming from another supplier, he called them and kept me in the loop, I was absolutely over the moon when he told me it was now coming by courier and that it should at least come to my door, this in itself was amazing service. My wood arrived today, it was not left at my door, it was brought in by a Yodel courier, Sam, who placed it anywhere I asked. The wood itself is well packaged so I’ve cut in areas to see it and it looks absolutely gorgeous, better than my existing. Vaughan went the extra mile as he changed the process through another company, many wouldn’t even try and kudos to my wood supplier too, 10/10! It’s been a privilege and I have not been so impressed end to end in service and product quality in more years than I can remember. 👏 👏 👏
