Ordered two dumb bell weights for my son's Christmas. One arrived in a broken cardboard box and was just left on my doorstep. I walk with the aid of a crutch and found it extremely difficult to lift it into my flat. The second one I found lying on my doorstep with only a piece of cellophane wrapped round the middle of it. This weight arrived more than a week later.

Having ordered from these guys before and having a bliss experience I thought Id be able to have that repeated. Oh how I was so wrong. Ordered £600 worth of hex dumbbells under the brand 'gym division' They arrived a few days later, one pair was delivered outside of the box (no biggie) so I passed off on the damage on them. I then come to open my first boxed pair to be hit in the face with a lumpy, scuffed, chunks missing dumbbell. I refused to open anymore. I questioned the integrity of the dumbbells quality straight away and got into contact with customer services. I sent photos to be told that there's nothing wrong with them, despite them clearly showing the imperfections. These imperfections were not labelled in the advert and of course this company doesn't have product reviews on their page. Due to there "not being anything wrong with the DB's" Im now having to have them returned off of my own back. Also I spent enough to qualify for free delivery for it still to cost £30... Whats that all about? So i suggest to anyone buying from origin fitness to do your homework before proceeding. What a let down this company is. Mislead within a week on two separate occasions.

I bought and paid for some weight plates with no delivery date given but I didn’t know that until after I paid. 7 days later I haven’t heard anything about an estimated delivery date etc but you’ve sent me a ‘how did we do review’ are you on drugs???
