Amazing customer service from start to finish. I found this company on google and it had the best price for the pool table we wanted. I had a personal email from Ben that night to confirm the order, followed by a call the next day, which I found to be a nice touch. The lead time was up to 8 weeks, so no empty promises were made, and the table came in 2 weeks so a lovely surprise! Delivery was flawless, as i got a text to arrange this within days of ordering, followed by a text from the driver the day before giving me exact time of arrival (which is rare!). I even got an aftercare call from Ben to check all ok. Very impressed with this company and excellent quality table! I highly recommend!!

I recently purchased a dining pool table from Man Cave Essentials. The table was very sturdy, had a great quality cloth and works effectively for dining. Unfortunately delivery took slightly longer than expected at 7 weeks, but the customer support team kept me updated throughout.
