Scam artist company avoid like the plague had s trnnis bet they purposdly put the weong dcires up as thry admittied this to me saying yes we do that to get u tobet on it then blaming custoners bevause they didnt check the scire on a differnt site when. I tell them its illegal what they have done they laugh and say its not but it is has been somce 2008 and have still refused refund of bet or anytjing avoid they purposdly out wrong scores up plus the had a player to win 2-0 in sets when the were in the second set and having lost the 1st set its no good your team are a joke via email i have provided evidence if the issues and there just threathnijgnme acting like children and ignoring me its a joke of customer service nothing will get done will have to deal with being conned all u keep on doing is blaming me the customer so ill be making sure people are warned about this scam site

False advertising, SBK advertise the welcome bonus, and once you sign and deposit the money they send an email that after reviewing your profile you are excluded from promotions. AVOID!! Worst Betting app I ever signed for

Offer a sign up promotion once you sign up and spen the £10 qualifying bet they send a email saying even though you meet all the requirements they well not be given you the sign up promotion.... Absolute con of a betting app would never recommend a company that cons it's first £10 bet out of you

Scam artists, false advertising galore and will void bets that win after they've been placed, AVOID

Started a complaint on Monday querying why I had been paid a significant amount less on a winning bet than the bet should have paid (over £500 missing) without any plausible explanation. Was told it was being escalated to a senior member of staff in the early hours of Monday morning and haven’t heard anything since, the way they operate is beyond a joke. Avoid at all costs

Good luck trying to get anything on the sbk sports book that doesn't take all day I get maximum bet of €10 @1.87 and if I want to bet 200 on it i have to put the same bet on TWENTY TIMES! Ridiculous system in place. You'll need to start putting bets on 30 minutes before the race otherwise you'll run out of time I emailed customer service and didn't get a satisfactory reply in fact they' argued with me saying I was wrong . SBK has to be the worst online betting company I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with and there is definitely a liquidity problem in this organisation. I’ve never won any money from them nor have I had any dispute with them but it’s just a terrible site. They have absolutely no USP and if you want to place a bet over €40 you better think twice. 1. No USP 2. Max bet on most sports €34. If you want to bring your bet up to a higher amount you have to bet in €6 amounts. They must 100% have a liquidity problem if they can’t take €50 bets at even money. 3. No Promotions. They offered me a €2 bet on football bet and I nearly broke down crying with laughter. 4. Won’t return calls on request. I asked them to explain how the site operates and would not phone me to explain. 5. Settle bets in the oddest way I’ve ever come across. 6. Betting odds are terrible. This is a penny halfpenny company who operate a site that is not user friendly and whoever owns the company hasn’t a clue. Rating 0/10

Deposited money 1-2 years ago and had a few bets, some winners some losers. £18 pretty much now trapped in my account because the card it was put in with is no longer valid. They have a page on their websites explaining they operate a “closed loop” withdrawal system - meaning funds need to go back to the same card. They don’t clearly spell out how to get past that. Now they say they’re going to attempt to withdraw it monthly and take £5 at every failed attempt. Absolute frauds. Response to the below reply: I’ve no idea how or when this was resolved, if I managed to withdraw or just bet away the stuck funds for a bit of craic. That’s a full year to reply so transactions no longer visible. I absolutely will not be sending an email or using the app ever again 👍🏼

I would have given no stars if it was an option. Very abrupt when trying to sort out a promo that didn't come through. Had this before with other betting apps and they have just sorted. Asked for my account to be closed, they did this half way through the online chat, rude!! Stay clear.

Awful company..no form of bonuses their site is awful..cash out disappears when you need it ...no best price guarantee and have technical issues quite regularly.. had problems with some football bets yesterday..asked to be refunded and was told no chance so closed my account..still waiting for my last withdrawal to be paid.. definitely don't recommend them to anyone
