As always, really great service. When an earlier delivery slot became available Walkers telephoned to see if it would help us. The delivery driver was also really helpful in skilfully dropping the logs right next to our log store (not an easy manoeuvre).

Same old first-class service as always ! All of the team with whom I have ever had dealings - Holly, Laslo and now Howard - have all been cheerful, positive, polite and reliable. I can’t think of anything else that I would want in a supplier. Keep up the great work !

I was going to ring in today to thank you all so much for your amazing service. Your driver was absolutely wonderful- so cheery and lovely to deal with. Best thing of all was the fact that I had been warned that the stacking service was booked up- so it was unlikely that there would be time for him to do this for us....you cannot imagine how delighted I was to find him piling everything into our log store. I'm teaching full time from my garden shed at the moment, which means I'm burning way more fuel ( my shed only has a stove for heat) and I'm working way longer hours with the lesson preparation times. Walkers have made SUCH a difference! Your logs burn so hot...and thanks to your lovely driver, I'm saved a couple of hours of stacking. THANK YOU!!!

Online ordering was easy. Delivery timescale was in line with expectations considering the difficult pandemic situation. The driver dropped the logs in just the right spot to minimise the distance we had to carry them to the log store. The logs themselves are all of a good size and are properly dry so they burn well.
